A modern villa placed outside the city of Drama. In a massive plot of 6.500 square meters, the 240 square meter dwelling blends into the surrounding nature. It incorporates traditional materiality, like stone and clay roof tiles on the exterior, while the interior is a very modern and technologically developed composition. Open and bright spaces on the inside are utilised by the simplicity and functionality of the chosen furniture and their careful placement. Shades are created by various pergolas, that allow for multiple exterior sitting areas to be formed and, in the same time, for the constructions overall temperature to be controlled easier. A large swimming pool with its own island is also placed within the site area. This island is equipped with built sofas and greenery, thus creating a refreshing space for the tenants to enjoy.
