Reconstruction project of a building that was initially erected in 1991. The building was transformed into a modern era dwelling, with all the technologies and comforts a person might need. It used to be maisonettes and now it is made into five apartments that span through the whole floor. Timber has been used in furniture design, dividers and bedroom floors, providing the feeling of warmth and the sense of home. Luxurious marble tiles have been chosen for bathrooms and living room floors, in order to enhance the sensation of smooth and clean finishes. Utilisation of fabrics is also an important design element. They contribute to the overall feeling of calmness of space and add a splash of colour where needed. Black frames deliver a grand threshold between the house and the spacious front balconies, and in the same time, they fill the space with natural light.
